Yes, Yao had gone into a different level than he is before!, Good to see he to be improve like that. However, despite the failure this season, I mainly think the injury and coach's decision should be a big responsibility.

There's a reason why players of Yao's height have never been tremendous rebounders.

Just because Yao is capable of grabbing 21 rebounds on any given night doesn't mean he's capable of doing it EVERY night. Granted, his rebounding has improved, but I'll never expect a 12+ rebound/game season from him. I expect his career averages to hover just under 10 per game.

Guys like McGrady or Bryant are capable of scoring 45 points on any given night. Does anyone expect then to get 45 points EVERY night?

For your information rabbit boy, I've watched all the rocket games. Yes Yao has improved a little a bit, but still hasn't arrive. I want to see Yao get those kind of numbers he had last night against the top teams. That should be his measuring stick. Because if can't the rockets go nowhere. I don't care about what he does against the warriors, because they are weak and play no defense. I care about the top teams in the league and how he fares against them. The rockets want to win championship. Yao's game has to improve to near domination for the rockets to have a chance .

Let me tell you guys something- what you are seeing recently is something special. Yao is coming into his own, and he isn't even at his peak yet. When he gets there, he will be the second MVP center in Rockets history, mark my words.
