    I don't want to make an excuse, but it was an obvious goaltending.

    I think Yao has lost confidence in Adelman and I agree with him.

    The same goes for Yao's shot that was blocked by Dalembert that was an obvious goaltending.

    "After the game, coach said that we have to learn from this game," Yao said. "Why do we keep learning this game? Learning from these games means we lost again and this happened again and this happened months ago, and two months ago and now it is the end of January and we are still and learning.     The danger is that the Rockets will make fake progress by getting some wins in the regular season but they won't do anything to fix the core problems, which will show up in the post-season.

    i feel that loss in confidence, too. and i've never seen yao being so so frustrated.

    we tend to play the opposing team's tempo, rather than forcing the other team play our tempo. i'm not advocating a jvg style offense all the time, but against an extremely athletic team such as the 76ers, if you play run and gun you're bound to lose.
