Do you know that he is No.1 defensive target for Utah now? If they defend Yao

like they defend Chuck Hayes, his shooting tough will get to 70% easily.

Perhaps it's your delivery. Look, any fan of Yao or the Rockets for that matter would not call Yao a "chump" -- at least not publicly.

I've never heard JVG calling out his players as chumps. Although in your defense, I don't agree with all the FU's and STFU's and Shut the **** up, u MFKer!!! and You smell like karl malone . . .etc .. etc

Seriously just show some respect and you might get some, alright chump

(Edit: see post directly below, he's critical of yao's game. you might not agree, but he's not showing disrespect)

Yao played a bad game tonight. He did not dominate and did play any defense.

The Rockets needs him to dominate inside to win a championship. That means scoring in the paint, getting offensive rebounds and putting them in the basket, commanding double-team, and most important of all putting the other team's big men in foul trouble so that they can start shooting FTs.

If you want to constructively criticize our players, don't call them chumps.

These idiots are haters. Everyone can claim to be a Rockets fan and everyone can lie that they were at the game. These people come to this site to hate. These Yao haters and the Tmac haters are parasites on this board. These people must be having a sad and miserable life because they have to take their anger out by spreading hatred on an internet bulletin board. We may actually have to feel sorry for these idiots.

I am with you Sohrab, but it might not be the good timing to post this, and you should expect that everyone would be pissed off.

By the way, a key difference between the current Yao and the 2005 Yao is: in 2005, when he was tired or inefficient, he was a liability of the team (tons of turnovers, missed key free throws, etc.), and the teammates did not even bother passing to him cause they did not trust him when he was tired; but this year, even when he is tired, exhausted, he could still contribut to the team, e.g., clutch FTs, defense, etc., just like today, and his teammates still trust him down the stretch. That's a huge difference.

Youre right, I regret saying chump. I Dont think he's a chump, I just said he was acting like one by being passive cause I know how strong Yao really is.

youre a dick.. go to hell with your dramatic garbage, I will scan my ticket if you want. I have over 5,000 posts on another Rockets message board. you are not the enforcer of this board, so stop acting like you know who I am.

I know you are angry. And you have just proved I am right. Taking out your anger and acting like a dick on an internet bulletin board won't help. But I agree that scanning your ticket would be a good start of your healing process. Oh, I almost forgot to repeat my advice for you...don't hate.

but back then he was taking fewer shots per game and lots of layups and dunks instead of jumpers all night long nowadays. I don't have the stats on hand but I'm willing to bet when Yao takes more than 20 shots in a game, his FG% is below 50% for his career. He just doesn't have stamina to sustain his high % shooting when taking volume shots. now on top of 24 shots tonight, all of them were fadeaway jumpers, what do you expect?
