    Oh that girl was with Yao's parents. So it's almost official ! :cool:
    So now she is studying in Univ of Houston? Which department? Any board member studies there?

    What do you mean "almost official" ??

    Yao Ming has been dating this girl since he was 17 years old.

    It has been official all these years.........ever since Yao Ming and Ye Li appeared together hand in hand at the closing ceremony of the 2004 Athens Olympics.

    I bet she is living at Yao's house in Houston. There were rumors that they were getting married this summer, but I bet it is next summer.

    hmm...now JVG has talked about an unknown guy trying to hit on Yao's gf in UH (how in the world would he know anyway?)...this thread is getting more weird by minute.

    I've seen some good pictures of her and some terrible pictures of her. One thing is for sure, she looks bad with short hair.

    On a somewhat related note, I saw JVG and his wife at the Potbelly on 59 and Buffalo Speedway. I went up to him and said "Hi Coach JVG!" He pretended not to hear me and walked off to the back of the place while his wife waited for their food. His wife was really nice though. They were actually parked next to me too, driving an older Toyota Highlander.

    thank you for the gathering of intelligence on YAO's GF =/. One thing is for sure, the ladies love Yao,both of my Girlfriends have a crush on him.He is very popular in El salvador,aswell.
