I agree. Stevie Franchise, and Kobe was a really nice sight, but Kobes was too much of a ball hog tonight, flagging teamates to move out of his way. Though, the game is only for entertainment so the fans have a "great" time.
I for one, am happy Yao didnt play alot, He needs the rest because the last few nights when there was no hussle he was stated as being "tired" on his bad nights, so...I would like him to get his rest, to be ready for the other teams, especially the Lakers next week. Then the Rockets must go for the real goal, not a meaningless ASG, but the Championship.

I would of liked to see Ming get more minutes, but oh well. Maybe next game.

you missed a damn fine ending to the game. it's the end you want to see, not the start!

my solution to the boring game sitch was to fall asleep durning the alleged pre-game "entertainment" (an insult to all b-grade movies ever made), and wake up ~10 min to go in the forth. made the game exciting for me:)

You have got to be kidding me.

Yes, it's true: Steve Francis' new #1 priority is making sure Yao becomes the "big time player we are all expecting!".

The double OTs saved this game. Kinda boring until things got a bit serious at the end of regulation and in the OTs. This must be the ASG in recent memory with fewest "jump to your feet" highlight plays/passes/dunks maybe except Vince Carter's.

Suddenly, I'm wishing Yao had missed this game. I mean, he's going to be in ti forever ANYWAY, so why not start NEXT year when rest isn't such a big deal.

But it's good that he only got 17 minutes, most of them non-competitive.

Congrats to Steve on a nice performance, and good luck to Ming for next year, when he'll establish himself more.
