    Apparently Iceland's actually not as full of ice as its name would indicate.

    Looks like the CNT absolutely destroyed the Icelandic team.

    Well, Iceland national team is actually a very good basketball team............. for confidence boosting. :)

    No wonder CNT needs a heavy dose of it as they lost embarrassingly to Aussie team. Anyone know if Liechtenstein in Europe has a national basketball team as well?

    I would debate thsi a little bit.......freethrow shooting is quite a bit of mechanics, in other words doing the same thing everytime.

    ....of course go ask Nick Anderson about how missing free throws can affect your career :eek:

    Iceland is apparently a misnomer in that it's actually not icy. On the other hand, Greenland is icy and not green at all.

    Speaking of Bjork, I was wondering whatever happened to the Sugarcubes. Well, now we know. It's either them or the Bellaire HS Chess Club.

    Number 11's name is Ingolfur Arnarson but is better known around the blacktops of his hometown of Landakotas as "Freaky White Icey".

    Well hopefully we´ll do better tomorrow, and lose by something closer to 30 points :)
    But come on guys, of course Iceland has a basketball team, even two guys from Iceland have played in the NBA, Petur Guðmundsson with the Lakers and the Spurs and recently Jon Stefansson who was with the Mavs ( didn´t get a chance to play though).
