Actually, we don't. It's only that without him, we mustn't play Ron and Tmac either. The role players can bring us the win.

Um ... looks like the Rockets were looking past the Knicks too.

People call him soft and lazy because he is. Have you watched him play of late?

yao had a minor injury and he wanted to play and he's more imprtant to the team at this point.

mcgrady was NOT injured and he went away just catch up with his homework which he should've done in the summer and he's not as important to the team at this point.

    get that?

Cuz people can't/don't question Yao's dedication to this team. People "hate" on McGreedy because they see a slacker who makes the most money on the team. So unless you are a McGreedy nuthugger, you would see that for yourself as well.

If fact it is a shame that Yao ever got hooked up with a loser like TSlack. Yao has very little innate talent but has worked as hard as any professional athlete to get himself to an extremely high level of play. TSlack has tremendous physical abilities but has basically let them go to waste. Now Yao has overtaken TSlack but TSlack gets the money, the influence and the playing time despite not earning it this year.

Yao may have been able to contend for a championship. He may still yet. But his window is closing and his most productive years have been tied to the loser TSlack.

Please thats b.s. Yao had a minor injury and wanted to play blah blah blah. Artest had a minor injury also. He played on it and look what happened. Team doctors said its not a problem and it cost him games. Yao has a "minor" injury wanted to play. He had a minor injury last year and played against the Bulls and we all know what happened the next day. OUT FOR THE SEASON!!!!

How do you know and other McGrady bashers at that that the man is not hurt. Guys on here can talk the talk and bash all they want but to play in an 82 game season takes toll on your body. 29 years old is young but guys need to realize he came straight from H.S
