Thank You Yao for bringing IT last night. Yao most Definitely brought it and his performance inspired his teammates.

My intent was not to bash Yao, but it was to beg him to put this team on his back and lead them to a big victory against the champs in their house and he came through in a big way. This victory will turn this season that had been sabotaged by Tmac and his lack of care. Yao saved the rockets last night and this victory will give him the confidence that he had been lacking.

I think yao brings his desire to win every game. However, his physical limitation sometimes keeps him from being effective.

Fronting him is still the best strategy against him. As fronting takes a lot of energy, opponents are more likely to use a no-name center/forward dedicated to do that. A team that relies on their center/forwards in its offense system is less likely to do that. That's why Yao can shine against elite centers/forwards and can't do nothing about those scrubs...

    Sino,

If Yao is fronted, the team should shoot and Yao should be a rebounding monster on the offensive glass.

HaHa, my poster worked out. I need call Yao out more in order to get more wins. I though if we lost the last night game, the whole year would be over, then Yao is the only guy I can depend on, but he did his job at the most important time. I think this team can win with Yao as a leader, whole rebuilding thing is garbage.

I was thinking the same thing, Yao was not the guy who can play 82 games with the same intensity, physically he just can not do, our coach needs limit his min. But last night game showed that Yao can lead this team, this is the key, otherwise, we need find another leader, that is hard to do.

Wouldn't it be better if the team drive and shoot? If it is long range shot, the rebound will also likely to be long rebond, so Yao won't get it.

Or, drive to a position close to Yao, then pass it to Yao for easy layup/dunk?
