Ummmm....... I think from that definition I am somebody, and before you want to pull the race card saying that I dislike chinese people, I would like to first say that I am Chinese and a huge rockets fan. And I am disgusted by some of the response over one game.

Well the thing is a much bigger portion of Turkey resides in Asia, however the capital, Constintanople(sp) is in the Europe portion so its like Russia, even though a vast portion of the country is in Asia, its considered part of Europe because it's capital is in the European portion.

Yes, Turkey is in both Europe and Asia. Different people have different opinions on whether or not it is "European." It is European in some ways and not in others. Okur's style of play, however, and in fact the style of play in Turkey, is typically European. So for these purposes, sure, Turkey is European.

By the way, Ankara is the capital of Turkey, not Constantinople, which is now in fact Istanbul, not Constantinople, and that's nobody's business but the Turks!

What was this thread about again?

You guys should stop this stupid discussion of "Oh watch out for Okur.....", "Oh, Yao Ming should be careful about Bruce Bowen", blah blah blah........

As Jonatahn Feigen's latest article pointed out, and as Yao Ming himself said in a post-game interview, when a player is on the court, instincts take over. There is no such thing as oh he should be careful about this, and he should be careful about that, or else we shall have a very hesitant Yao Ming, not even dare to play physical contact defense.

Through a thorough statistical analysis, I have discovered that Yao is most likely to be injured by players that are either white or black. He should be careful when playing against players in either category.

Likewise, I have discovered that when referees are in the game, especially ones with whistles Yao is unlikely to get any calls in his favor.

Look at it both ways. Can Okur guard Yao? Can he even guard
