The sports bureau requested Yao Ming to stay in Shanghai for the night and most of today (September 30) to join banquets and rehearsal activities for the Opening Ceremony of Special Olympic that is going to take place October 2. Yao Ming wanted to stay in Shanghai, participate in the rehearsal activities; and he promised to return to Kunshan (a 1-hour driving from Shanghai) for the game with Italy Benetton Treviso on the night of September 30. But CBA did not agree to Yao Ming's staying in Shanghai, saying they did not get pre-notice from the Shanghai municipal sports bureau, and insisted him to be travelling together with the national team to Kunshan directly from the airport. Yao Ming got frustrated and threw some angry words to the CBA officials (I can't stand being tossed around like this anymore !!), but had to compromise and travel with the national team to Kunshan. *&^%$#@#$%^&*( these bureaucratic CBA officials !!

Is there anywhere i can watch today's game online?.even live score updates would be great. i've been really following yao's progress in these club games closely. he is slowly getting into form it seems. he had a slow start against the tigers, pretty much the ame thing against the bullets to. but against the kings he cameout more like the yao we know and love. Curios to see how he goes tonight against the bet opposition thus far. CSKA Moscow is a world class team. they thrashed the clippers last offseason. and were talking about a full strength clippers team.
