Jackie Chan and Chuck Hayes Alot of us can't imagine popularity of Yao in China but Pryuen is really doing good job.
pryuen, you are doing a great job! At very first, i thought you were noisy as well.It felt like you force guys in this forum to accept something. But, guess what, buddy? the more i read, i more i like you. just surprised by your passion on yao and translation. And I guess you are working for SOHU.com, aren't you? I just think there is nobody in this world who can put so much time and passion on hobby stuff. Anyway, good job, pryuen! BTW, i am also from mainland china.
Nah, I don't work for sohu.com nor in the media/press. If you notice, all my translated articles are either from sina.com, sohu.com and tom.com. I just selectively picked those that I thought would be of interest to Yao Ming and Rockets fans. As for the photos, they are again from sports websites of sina.com, sohu.com, tom.com, 163.com etc. All I want to do is to reveal to fans every facets and aspects of Yao Ming to demonstrate his greatness as a player and as a person and very often these stuff are not available or not properly presented in Western media/press.
Thanks for all the info this summer pryuen! Yao really has a lot happening. It looks like every day is a new peak for him as a new deal comes along. And what is really interesting is to look at all the NBA studs following behind him. china is definitely has the momentum going.
That jersey just doesn't look right without the Rockets on it. It looks like a plain old communist red jersey.
Geeeeeeeez, can you advise me the difference between a communist red jersey to a capitalistic red jersey ?
So the commercial activities continued. Yao Ming pocketed another mega-dollar deal today in Beijing, when China Life appointed him their global image spokesperson. And to ensure quality to the advertisements/commercials that they are going to produce for Big Yao, they also appointed the famous Chinese director Feng Xiaogang to be responsible for producing/directing those new commercials. Both were offered a big insurance policy for accident on the spot.
Many Chinese website have not update these news.I have known it come from sohu.com when I see this. pryuen, you are a superman for searching.
I feel there are too many activities for Yao this summer. I hope he can be in shape when the training camp starts.
Pryuen are you in Hong Kong? Who here is in Hong Kong? The TINMAN might be journeying to the land of Yao soon.
Great to learn that. You may not want to come to Hong Kong this couple of weeks cause the weather is horrible these days. Let me know if you itinerary is fixed. We could grab some beers together. Would like to meet Pryuen too.
