all elementary school kids in china wear red scarf thing everyday to school. it's a rule, not just for the photo
dude when i was in china my grandma ironed my clothes every morning. It's expected to go to school in uniform and have it neat.
I know.......... But I just can't bear that some stupid posters like to twist things round without really using their brain to think. Just like this particular case. How can this be another of these China conspiracy thing? This is a NBA program.....for Christ sake.
Luther Head was not in a great mood. I've just found an exclusive interview of him by Wang Meng which I will translate and post in another hour or so. He is worried about being traded away by Houston Rockets. He was such worried that he felt sick, and was absent in yesterday's afternoon activities.
He may have to go into the hospital...his days as a rocket are numbered. Over rated player. The real Luther Head showed up in the playoffs. Let's hope we can still get something for him.
Yao Ming and the NBA stars appeared together today with a group of HIV infected children in Shanghai.....again one of the activities in the agenda of the Basketball Without Borders Asia 2007 Camp. Luther Head was also there after recovering from his sickness..... and Joan Chen was there too as the master of ceremony of the activity.
MORE photos of Yao Ming together with the HIV infected orphans. He said the HIV infected orphans and other AIDS patients need more help from the public and we must not discriminate them; he himself as the image spokesperson for the AIDS/HIV Prevention Campaign in China, felt that there are still alot of things he needs to do for them. He also said he was glad that Deke Mutombo had determined to play for one more season. He said other than he can learn more from Mutombo to improve his game, he could learn more from Mutombo on his great heart, humanity and charity deeds for the poor.
Man, there are very few NBA players as photogenic as Yao. Great shots and thanks. Good to see Head, as well.
And they flew that little girl to Shanghai to meet Yao Ming again, the same little girl that Yao wiped tears off back in the Basketball Without Borders 2005 back in Beijing.
Yao Ming is a great human being; I wish there were more people in the world like him. I am so proud of him. His heart is bigger than he is!
