First of all, stop trying to make excuse for Wang. Wang is a military man. He would have be put into jail in any country, include the US. Second, NBA/Rockets's interests in Yao Ming is more outside the court than on the court. No party wants Wang's situation happens to Yao. Finally, there is no breaking contract between the Rockets and their Chinese counter parts.
