This is so OT it's not even funny, but I had to chime in about the broken finger issue.

I had the same thing happen to me in the seventh grade -- I thought I jammed my left pinky finger REALLY badly playing basketball. After an hour I was certain it was broken (my whole arm went purple), but no one else thought it was. Well, 3 weeks later I finally convince my mother to take me to the doctor (we were in Norway at the time) and he says it's not broken. For quite some time, I had the most excruciating pain every time I touched that finger, to the point where I basically rearranged to where I would always do everything with three fingers instead of four.

Needless to say, it was broken like a freaking twig. It's healed, but in a contorted, disformed position, and quite noticably angled. It's not overly awful, but it's very noticable if you look at the finger, and I can't bend it all the way or straighten it all the way. It's hard for me to push with it very hard because it starts to hurt. While I've been trying to learn guitar, it's been a bit of a problem, because I can't hold a chord with that finger for more than 3 or 4 seconds before it starts to hurt.

Anyways, sorry for the extremely OT post, but you should really get that looked at by a competent doctor (Norwegian medical care blows).
