I want to say I'm sorry for calling posters crybabies. I just get tired of people talking and looking at shot attempts and relate them to touches. When you touch the ball ina good position, you hae to make something happen. They haven't doubled yao 1 time. I know its 1 game, but I'm trying to show people that he has touches and wastes them. Tonight, he's at least showing some signs of aggression or finishing. The 1 rebs is killing me. You can't be that big and grab 1 rebs, I'm sorry.
T-Mac is definitely looking for Yao in the second half. His play on the offensive end, as a facilitator, can't be criticized. He's doing what he's supposed to. Yao's output? Mixed. If he gets the ball deep with the player behind him, he's most effective when all he needs to do is turnaround and shoot it. He's turned it over a couple times trying to use step through moves.
Yao hasn't been playing too well, but leebigez has been a Yao hater for a long time, so take it with a grain of salt.

In the end,yao had 28 touches.7 were none scoring chances meaning high or mid post ball reversals. 8 makes, 3 to's, and 4fts. Good game, wish he couldve rebounded better, but overrall I think it shows people that even though yao don't shoot the ball, he touches the ball in scoring position.
still doesn't say much. and doesn't prove the point that they didn't go to yao enough last night at sa. according to you, out of 28-7=21 "meaningful" (hard to define sometimes) touches, he scored on 7-12 shooting and 7-t ft's (2 were technical). easily the most efficient player of the team out of 32 minutes played. all this in a slightly-below-average game by his standard. so he should continue and always get enough touches. can yao play better? certainly. and by a lot is what i expect of him. i believe he will, too.
