Sigh, please reread my posts, you are repeating the same thing without addressing my point - independant functionality is not a factor in determining sovereignty.

1. Al Queda's terrist camps in Pakistan are currently independant from Pakistan's jurisdiction, does it mean those camps are independant regimes with sovereignty?

2. If your point is correct, then a regime without independant functionality is without sovereignty, it must follow that the USA dismissed Iraq's sovereignty because Iraq had no independant functionality under USA occupation, which is total lunacy.

As the examples shows, the presence or the absence of independant functionality is not a determining factor in establishing sovereignty.

 

Stop all the nonsense now, no matter what you guys say, THERE IS NO WAY THAT TAIWAN WILL SPLIT FROM CHINA, SOON OR LATER, IT WILL REUNITED, IT'S JUST TIME, AND SOON OR LATER, CHINA WILL BE THE WORLD'S SUPERPOWER.

Whoever that voted for Bush, just do a search on youtube, and you will possibly wonder how can someone vote for such a idiot, not once, but twice.

And sadly, almost 50 percent of the vote did vote for the idiot TWICE.

That doesn't mean that I think Bush is perfect or something, but my personal reasons for voting for him were satisfied. Also, over 50% of the voters elected for him the second time around, so he actually got more popular after 4 years in office (at least relative to his competition).[/derail]
