    Number One His Weight
In NBA.com His Profile Is Says 310 Pounds. Well We Know that Didn't update It Because Look at Yao Ming Now, He have no Neck. In 2002 His Weight was 270 and 7'5. If You Would See His Videos When He was young you would see he was skinner than the present.

His Foot Is Not even Fully Healed
They Should Give Him a Whole Half Of A season. For him To Progress. Limiting His Minutes wont do anything just Keep Him On the Bench. Putting Weight on His Foot Would Cause Stress Specially Yao Ming Weight.

    Not Strong Enough
Keep Him On A Good Diet For A While. He been eating Out Too Much. The fat is making him Weaker forming over his Muscle which can cause Stress For Example: A Heart Attack Which wont happen to Yao ming.

Plus, aging doesn't help either. It's harder to stay in shape the older you get. I think his time to retire has come. Imo, of course.

Who knows if Yao will ever even play again. But this just caught my eye.

When was he ever 270 lbs? KG, a skinny player who's five or six inches shorter than Yao, is listed at 253 lbs. 270 lbs. doesn't cut it for a 7'6 NBA center. Yao's draft profiles from 2002 listed him at 296 lbs.

All you needed to have said was that Yao should lose some weight, which I concur.
