From now on i say limit mcgradys and yao minutes to no more than 33 a game, that if they are both still here next year.
I keep looking at the calendar and hoping that it's somewhere close to April 1 and this is a really elaborate sick joke. but it's not, is it. OH CRAP!!!!!
well at least it's not something like a microfracture surgey, it could be worst if that's any consolation to you guys.
Yeah, that's alright, I think he is used to it and shines when he carries all that extra weight. Let's hope the rest of the team keeps contributing like they have been.
You gotta be kidding me! Last night I go to bed excited about Brent Barry, now this?! Is there anything he can do? Brace, extra padding, I don't know, anything other than surgery! Nooooooo
This is a microcosm of life...just when you think things are going good, Life kicks you straight in the balls.
Actually, microfracture surgery has been proven to CURE the problem. Sure, the player loses a little bit of mobility, but has little chance of re-injuring that knee. Yao's feet absorb the most of his huge frame... and there's no telling when the other foot could go down, or the current one that's getting operated on. The only solution is to be ultra-cautious with his minutes, get regular treatments and checkups... and pray. And even then, sometimes you're just SOL as its damn tough to be a big man, and stay healthy, in the NBA.
This is a disaster the one year we look primed to make a big run (definately get out of the first round) is ruined, this team had a shot to win it all but now the playoffs might not even be made. HOUSTON, WE HAVE A PROBLEM!!!!!!
Goodbye slowdown defence, hello up-tempo high speed game. We are becoming the Suns and the Suns are becoming us. This should be good.
Trade Yao for someone who can take freakin care of their body. This is ridiculous. Hard to stay a fan when this crap happens. McGrady is now going to tank...watch!!!
