I cannot believe this. Un-fking-believable. So depressing. Such a letdown. The Rockets enjoying their best success in years, I'm getting more and more pumped by the day, and then this bomb....

I really hope T-Mac can make it out of the 1st round this year, or I'll never see my favorite combo play together again. OMG this sucks so bad. :(

Remember back before we even drafted him how some of us used to worry that he'd be prone to this kind of injury? This is going to be the 3rd season in a row that he has played less than 60 games.

This is a major hit, but a lot of people are not really understanding the thread title, it says Yao's Season is over, not the Rockets. Yao has come back from injury early before and above all we can see how far T-mac can carry us. Look at NO, it's a group of nobodies who are making some real noise. WE still have a somebody, let's make some noise too.

He wouldn't have so many damn injuries if so much wasn't required of him...besides playing for the Houston Rockets.

Add that to the foot ailments we've all seen from big guys over the years and I'm disgusted.

Everyone concerned should have known better.

Can a stress fracture cause by a 240 pounder comes down on your foot? Just wondering. Or, it just happen because Yao is too big?

C'mon Rockets Fans!!! All this doom and gloom is BS. This team is playing great ball and while it will be tough, I think we will find a way to adjust. Everyone just has to step their games up. All this lottery talk is bogus. We will make the playoffs and we will make noise...

Stress fracture doesn't happen over night. Yao has been complained about it for almost a month, you don't think a competent trainer should of catch something?

We just lost our leading scorer, rebounder, shot blocker, and he's backed up by a 50 year old stiff who hasnt played all year....It's over man.

WIth the west so competitive, i don't see us going to make it to the playoffs with Yao out for the regular season.

    damn, who cursed us?
