As a Chinese, I don't think Yao would like to say that to anyone. However, this time maybe Kaman made him really upset by keeping pushing him without a shame.
On the local broadcast last year, the Clippers announcers said that Kaman would prepare for Rockets games by trashtalking a life-sized Yao cardboard cutout in the locker room. Maybe he brought some of that into the game, who knows.
No offense, but Yao's been over here for more than 3 years. I think he's Americanized and can very well steamroll over Kaman AND call him out at the same time. Forget the humbleness, when you are about to destroy someone, you flat out tell him so.
now that you guys made this public, yao's parents will force him to wash dishes for a whole week, as punishment for his bad behavior.

I don't think any person can anticipate Yao's behaviour or fully comprehend Yao's thought just because they share the same nationality or ethnicity. Btw, there are 1.3 billion Chinese people who talk and behave very differently every single day. It's interesting that many Chinese people like to stereotype their own countrymen, saying things like "as a Chinese, he won't have casual sex", or "oh! those foreign boys don't respect their parents at all" etc. Yao did show signs that he is now feeling more comfortable to express his emotions explicitly and is showing the attitude that we are all hoping for. Let's hope he remains confident and brings the Rockets team deep in the playoff.

I am terrible at lip reading, but I watched it over and over at least four times. You just knew he was trash talking to someone on the Clippers. Just his face and that smirk was priceless. It was almost a likeable version of when Kobe gets that head wag, like "Man, you just can't stop me".... I loved it and hope someone does put it here on youtube, now that so many seem to think they know what he said.
