Yao Ming is very disappointing

    The problem with the Knicks insn't their management it's New Yorkers. They fell they can't ever go thru a down year & force Knick management to make an aquistion every year. That turns into overpaying marginal role players every offseason until it finally catches up to them. Something tells me Knicks management knew Weatherspoon wasn't worth the 6 or 5 Mill he makes a year (someone look that up; I just know he's overpaid) but they felt they had to do something. Rebuilding is sacrilage in NY: just ask the Rangers or the Mets. They are in the exact situation the Knicks are in.

    Actually most knicks fans I know having been crying for the team to start rebuilding years and years ago and bemoaned the acquisition of Mcdyess because it meant more years of the Knicks being burdened with aging players with big contracts.

    Could you lock this thread? Because I have changed my mind. Yao Ming is not disappointing at all. And I hate to see this thread to be at the top of the forum. :(
