SMH poor guys in denial. Its ok The only way you'll see Yao in the 09-10 season is on the bench or if you youtube him. Its alright it happens to the best of them
The only way Yao is coming back even towards the end of the season is if the Rockets have a real chance in the playoffs. I actually think we will surprise some teams this year, but expecting Yao back before February is asking too much of him. He might just get injured again and end his career. And Yao could use some upper body strength so he can hold on to the ball and finish a little better under the rim.
if you think bout it yao should take advantage of his foot injury. i thimk he should work on his core and upper body for he could be more of a force nd dominate every1. now im not saying shaq bi but gain about 10 pounds of muscle
Yao Ming 2010-2011 MVP (book it!) <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/VflCQ2FG0dE&color1=0xb1b1b1&color2=0xcfcfcf&hl=en&feature=player_detailpage&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/VflCQ2FG0dE&color1=0xb1b1b1&color2=0xcfcfcf&hl=en&feature=player_detailpage&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
yao needs to work on strengthening his hands so he stops getting the ball slapped away so much from the little guys. he needs to just sit back, rest his foot and get a couple of thos old, like 80's - early 90's, spring, sqeezie, hell i dont no what there called everyones grandparents seemed to have them, but they help your GRIP! i think i have a pair i could dust off, but of course he would need some giant novelty sized ones.
looks like he's playing, "one huuuge bit*h" - deuce bigalow, in the first few highlights but it's good mix though.
They grafted a piece of bone two lever it out and relieve some of the stress. It is not as major as it sounds. Grafting bone can heal faster than a stress fracture. Plus the last fracture he had was minor compared to last year. I am not saying he is coming back this season. But one thing for sure is Yao will do everything the doctor's ask and then some. I wouldn't rule out a full recovery by all star break either.
no, i don't know why it's short like that?? i think because i put the double space in afterwards, not sure??
i asked my doctor and he said the same thing that it is not as major as it sounds....but he said it could be a different recovery time for an athlete like Yao...but I agree with Old Man rock....it seems like Yao has not ruled coming back this season...he seems eager to get back on the court and rehab...if healthy by February he should come back as long as we are in the playoff race
Something tells me this is the first thread of a season-long battle of the "Yao will plays" vs. the "No way he plays." Ugh.
Dont walk on the ankle YAO plz i just made a post involving our foot. get well and wear the white ,red again so we can make a run at that throphy that is so cherished.
