Love you man, when you can back to finish the game 1 vs LA, I thought you had unleashed the BEAST...instead...this.
Love him to death...but it's officially retirement time. So much for the peanut gallery b*tching about him not playing or the ultra delicate handling (limited minutes, no back to backs) being pointless. It's going to never stop. Bones just can't handle a frame that massive. Love him, always will, but he needs to retire while he still has hope of walking without a limp the rest of his life.

Man, I'm really going to miss seeing Yao in a Rockets uniform. All the best in life's future endeavors.
Great guy. I hope he will give it one more shot next season for the Rockets, at a very low salary that accounts for the injury risk. But I'm afraid he will call it quits now.
Get the Jersey in the rafters... We appreciate everything you did for us Yao. Thank you for your time and effort. You're a class act.
Thank You for all that you did for the Rockets. You was the best center in a league for a while. You always played with heart. You've been loyal to Rockets organization You deserved your first overall selection You showed us that you are proud, intelligent person with great sence of humour You earn a lot of Respect and I think that Rockets should retire his jersey
Great guy and great player who played way too much basketball in the offseason and it shortened his NBA career. Could have been a much better story for him and the Rockets.
ALWAYS will be one of my favorite players. He helped change this franchise and city in some way. I hope the best for him and will never forget what he's done for the fans and the organization. I guess this is the end. Gonna miss the big guy.
A quality human being, wish him good luck in his future endeavours. Though I do still hope he makes it back from this current injury, if not with the Rockets then with another team. The Rockets obviously now needs to move on, I wonder how this changes the Rockets strategy going forward. Firesale?
Good run, Yao. <object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/TtozD85NnTs?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/TtozD85NnTs?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object> <object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/6jRXhj1PpFU?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/6jRXhj1PpFU?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>
