Massive kudos to Yao. Last year, when he went down *again*, I wanted him traded. (I wanted to get rid of MeMac, too; I had no use for either of them.) "Let him break someone else's heart next year," I thought to myself. So sick and tired of him looking like a HOF for 3 months and then breaking another of his brittle body parts and leaving the team with nothing. I'll be a Yao fan at the end of the first round any season where he makes it all the way through without *another* massive injury, I decided. I never thought it would happen. So very happy to have been wrong. Kudos to Yao! Go Rox!!

Why is Yao getting an appreciation thread?? It should be Scola. He was the one Rocket who was consistent from Game 1-6. Matter fact why is only one player getting an appreciation thread when it should be the whole team.. SMH I hate "only fans"
