I agree with your take on their college performances, but many would argue that Akeem had a better cast. I think the ultimate determining factor would be who has the #1 pick. Looking at the way the NBA draft has gone traditionally in years past, here is my take: 1. Akeem- edges Duncan slightly by showing more intensity and force=presence. 2. Duncan- can't pass on a big man w/ the total package. 3. Yao- many ???? about whether he can play as well in the NBA and what limitations China will place on his participation, but it is too hard to pass up a 7 and1/2 footer with skills. 4. James- sensationally talented and gifted high schooler with tremendous upside, but so were KG and Kobe and neither were #1 picks
