LOL, man. I was hoping Yao wouldn't get the ball at the end.

    So......

How's that argument working out, eh buddy? Not alot to say tonight about this huh? I noticed you didn't make comments in this thread after the game, I'm sure you wanted to avoid the inevitable:

He is as Clutch as the rest of the team, I don't blame the loss on one guy, when the rest of the team stunk it up all night as well.

If the team let's the game come down to one play, they are playing with fire and tonight they got burned.

Yao took a good shot, he just missed it. He is still leading the team in shooting percentage, and one of the leaders in FT percentage.

One shot at the end of the game proves nothing.

Artest misses 2 opportunities late, and 2 FTs at the end of the first half.

Tmac stands around and shoots a contested 19 footer when the team needed a bucket late.

The entire team was unclutch tonight, well...at least the starters....and Ron Ron's 2nd quarter was some of the worst basketball I have ever seen.

A clutch player would have made that. That's why they are clutch.

    It's as simple as that.

In pro sports you have winners who get the job done and then there's the rest of the crowd.

We are the rest of crowd as of now. And Yao is part of that reason why we are the rest of the crowd.

tracy at the top of the key with a scola pick and pop would have bee nice. if they don't double him, he goes all the way to create for him or possible for yao. if they do, either pass it to scola for a mid-range J or out to a 3pt shooter.

No a clutch player can miss clutch shots. They just have to make a good percentage of them to be considered clutch.

And yet Yao does not fit in your definition either.

nEwppppppppppppppppppppppp! Yao's definitely not clutch in my books. He's just like pretty much any other big man in the league.

yao is not clutch and so is everyone else on this team, maybe ron artest can force into something except its very hard to draw a foul from the refs on the last possession
