JVG had to overplay Yao because there is no one else he could trust to bring offense, Tmac included. With Yao exhaused, his shots do tend to be off. That is another thing Yao has to improve in the future. But you can't blame him because other guys can't do any better than he does.
I cann;t remember that! Tmac is so good at running to the frontcourt, set up a facking jumper before his teamates showed up to even grab the rebound. He excels at drving to the basket so ugly, missing it ,standing beside the baseline and watching other team to run over the floor for the fastbreak. what the **** he is damn doing?
who is then? IF he got rested in the first three quarters instread of carrying the whole facking team. He would be the BIGGEST game closer in the league. Where is your facking closer Tmac?
You don't expect Yao to play wresting for 40 minutes and yet still make all the shoots. He is simply exhausted. Yao would be more productive if he plays 32-35 minutes. Too bad, the whole Rox team is in shooting slump.
yao score 35 pts. In first half scored 80% of entire rocket pts. In 2nd half jazz made a push down by 7 when yao is on the bench and tmac is on the floor and now I see ppl b****ing about yao. The guy that can't close game is tmac. If he got half of kobe bryant's will, this game would end up differently
Yao is what he is... you get great production from him for about 28 mins. He is a big guy and ge is gonna get tired. What we have to have is a capable bench who can spell the guy and keep up the scoring while he is out of the game. Like it or not thats just the way it is... takes more than one guy and we need him "fresh" for that last run. Remember the first half where the guy was blocking and contesting every shot? We need that Yao at the end of the game... and to have that Yao he is gonna have to get some rest. my two cents....

Winded...tired... whatever. the guy played his ass off. I don't think anyone who isn't in great physical condition could do what he did today. There is no one to help. Once Utah started to key on Yao at halftime there was no other option. It wasn't his wind or condition or that he isn't a 4th qtr go to guy...it is the simple fact that there was no one else to do anything for us.
BTW , I'm not hating on Yao, it's just that everytime we go to Yao in the 4th, it just doesn't seem to work out. He either turns it over, or misses point blank shots. I love what he did for us today, but still. BTW, u dumbasses out there who think I am giving Tmac a pass are wrong. He was soft, and didn't even want to attack against Derik Fishcer. But we have got to come up with better 4th quarter execution plans. Maybe the ball should go into Yao, but we should have cutters, and backpicks, not just everyone ****in standing around and watching Yao!!
