The key to Yao's training is simple: Yao needs to get a frequently diner card to 'Taste of Texas.' w/o good eats, how's the boy gonna grow??? In China, he's limited to a fixed allocation of food. And even then, it's probably porridge or something. He needs to stay here this summer in the offseason and eat more buffalo wings, In and Out hamburgers, KFC with Francis, and steak.

The boy is growing, give him some food!

Menke Bateer is hell of strong, he's 6'9 or something, but he's almost 300 pounds. Well, of course, Menke live in Inner Mongol, all Mongol people are as strong as hell. And Yao, he live in Shanghai, and Shanghai people don't have to do much rough work, and they don't like lift weight, because it's a city.

Well your guys probably already know my take on Yao's offseason duties: Put on muscles. To hell losing shooting touches(losing a little doesn't matter much for his very high %), to hell becoming slower ( if he can hold his position, he doesn't need move a lot), to hell knee injuries ( if you want a guarantee on a pair of healthy knees, go find another line of job which pays $50000 a year, such as bouncers or something ).

Sometimes I don't understand why they cannot put on muscles faster. I once gain 7 lbs. lean meat in 1 and half months by going to Bally's, no protein, no nothing. Oh well, maybe they are different.

The biggest reason I want Yao to be much stronger is that the lack of aggressiveness and in-your-face mentality is in most Chinese' blood. It's a cultural thing. There is not much you can do about it. For Yao to be on top in NBA, he must use physical strength to offset that.

Well before anyone gets offended, I admit that "lack of aggressiveness" is an inaccurate phrase. I should say "in general, in traditional Chinese culture, aggressiveness and in-your-face style is not highly recommended". :)

The best source of protein is in fish. Have the boy have 6 meals a day, eat tons of fish and carbs, and weight train til kingdom come. I don't even really mind if he puts on some fat as long as he can still maintain being mobile. Hell Shaq's never really been known for being toned, but then again the fact that he has that much girth on his body helps him a ton. Honestly though, while Yao still does get pushed around by stockier players, he simply doesn't have good footwork yet. He shows signs of it, but he oftens get stuck with his feet tangled in a leaning direction and doesn't position himself well. Even if Yao doesn't put on any muscle in the offseason, I'd like to see him develop his footwork so he can be more mobile around the basket, but most of all I want him to learn to use his body muscled up or not, and be agressive. I see him sometimes try to be agressive but because his footwork is sorely lacking, he often gets himself in bad position to where he gets stuffed. So to put it simply, I really want Yao to work on his mobility and footwork. KG has bulked up some but he's still considered to be one of the skinniest players in the game along right up there with Keon Clark, but if you watch KG he uses his body very well, and has excellent footwork.

You know, Middle Easterners don't even know how to be racist. But this really caught my eye; Aren't any black people offended by Yetti's comments?

I hate racial controversy, because, for the most part, people exaggerate it. Much like they did with Shaq. But Yetti expressing his utter disgust that Yao Ming is portrayed as a black person, that's NOT cool. I'm not black, and I'm not white. But I found this offensive, I really did.
