    I just don't care anymore, Yao. I refuse to get my hopes up about your health even when you get back into the lineup. I've seen this situation play out too many times before.

    Apparently, Yao wants out to play mainly because this is his final year of the current contract. Yao should not forget about how fragile his feet are.

    He'll get plenty of time after he gets traded to another team. After his contract expires and he fails he in free agency, he can sign a 1 yr min contract in Detroit and finally win. T-Mac and Yao will spite Morey for treating such high quality athletes bad!

    Then, I wake up.

    Yao says he is ready. That counts for something. The fact is even the doctors and trainers are guessing. It may be a somewhat intelligent guess but they have no real data to base it on. How many 7'6", 300 plus pound NBA centers have they worked with. Yao's opinion of his health is probably just as valid as the next foot specialist. He has always had a sense when his injuries were serious or not. I think it is safe to say he knows his body pretty well now.

    I wouldn't trust Yao's judgement about his foot. Didn't he claim he was healthy in the 2009 playoffs, when he was running around on a hairline fracture? He ended up missing a whole season. I hope the Rockets got new doctors this time around also. The old doctors screwed up too.

    Yeah I believe so. They need to let the guy play. We can certainly use some defense at the rim. It solve a lot of our problems.

    One thing that is different from this scenario than the T-Mac scenario is that Adelman though T-Mac was done, but Adelman has never said that he thinks Yao is done.

    Yeah and you guys think they going to make that run without Yao. they have not shown anything yet with out him. It's laughable, that theory.

    Not if you said anything about a trade being involved with Yao.

    I don't think that?

    If it were me I would throw his ass out there for 30 minutes a game and see what happens.

    Screw being a p***y about it, either he holds up and the surgery worked or he is broken forever.

    It has been 17 months....quit being a p***y with our highest paid player.

    Rockets need to bring Yao back, so that I can have him down low in my NBA 2k games. Without Yao, I get dunked all over by the three teams that people play as in 2k (Heat, Lakers, Bulls). He may be overrated in the game, but DAMN I need him down there. Brad Miller, Chuck Hayes, and Jordan Hill simply don't swat away Lebron's bullcrap dunks the way that Yao does. :grin:

    Morey and Coach RA are directors of a famous show called ONE STONE (playing Yao with 24' and no back to back limit, and not playing Yao) TWO BIRDS:

    Bird one, Tank and get a better draft pick;

    Bird two, Resign Yao and resign him cheap.

    I felt said to see this thread. :confused: :(

    Unlike Tmac, Yao has everything positive, he wants to play, positive attitude. What else the team is looking for? Why don't they let him play to go through this?
