Pruyeun takes a lot of crap. 20 guys would have been all over him for starting another thread about Yao's wedding. Double standard IMO, nobody in this thread criticizing the thread starter for a repetitive thread.
Agree. This thread was totally UNNECESSARY. Pruyen had this covered with even more detail than the thread starter.
I wouldn't take it this far. A direct thread reporting Yao's wedding is appropriate IMO. In this regard, the OP is doing the right thing. However, it is regretful to see that Pryuen has to put all the information in page 4 of the other thread, to satisfy some members who are super-critical.
Well......on second thoughts, I should have braved the criticisms and personal attacks of posters here and created a new thread to commemorate Big Yao's Big Day instead of putting all my reports and photos in an existing thread and to be hijacked by this thread. http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=133065&page=3 But anyway, big deal. Like the hundred of the reporters/paparazzi gathered from the morning to late night yesterday at Pudong Shangri-la hotel, they could not even get a glimpse of the bridegroom due to water-tight security. So there has been no sight of Yao Ming from morning till night......and except for some irrelevant photos taken outside of the China Hall, the ballroom where the wedding banquet was held, there was only 1 official photo of Yao Ming and Ye Li in their wedding attire, released by Team Yao. I guess we have to wait until August 9, when Yao Ming will hold another dinner reception for the China man and woman national basketball teams in Beijing. Maybe we can have more photos on that occasion. So do I have permit to start a new thread for that event in Beijing?

IMHO, unlike a direct Yao wedding thread, that is not necessary... Simply put it here or the other one you created, it is not as significant.
