Yao may be out? Good, now that our weakest link on defense and tournover machine is out, we can kick back and enjoy the show.

remember last year when yao had the flu and we lost to the jazz at home? Yao said he felt horrible but he's never missing a game because of the flu ever again.

Great, so every time we give up a layup tonight, we will hear about how we just arent any good without Yao...and it will somehow be Adelman's fault.

    I keed, I keed... :p

Deke's gotta get the start and 20+ minutes if Yao's out. We can't survive more than 5-10 minutes of Chuck.

I'm having trouble sensing your sarcasm. I'm thinking you may actually be serious.

Against David West? I think he probably could do fine. I also think Scola and/or Landry could do fine covering up Chandler. There are three things that NO does well.

    Alley oop to Chandler.

Posting up or/ screen and roll for West.

Or Chris Paul doing pretty much anything he wants in the lane.

Stop or at least hinder those three things and you have a very good chance to win.

Offensively the key to beating NO is to move the ball. Fast rotations on defense are not their thing.

I have a feeling Yao will try to play though so the point is probably moot.

LoL I forgot which analyst said it..I just remember one saying that 9 times out of 10 when a player has flu like symptoms he's just hung over. Can't really remember who said it though..

Deke must play. We need somebody to guard the basket.

    Deke
    Wafer
    Artest
    Scola
    Brooks

There's our starting lineup right there, to balance out Deke's lack of offense.
We cannot have Hayes or Battier in the lineup with Deke at the same time.

Sign Horry for a one day contract so he can do that little move where he punches West in the back while guarding him in the post.
