bleed rox, how is hedo doing now? In sacramento he was a bench player and in sa he lasted 1 yr. He goes to orlando and starts to blow up. Did anyone ever think of nelson as an all star? The fact his team has made it to the finals in 5 yrs and in 7 yao teams have made it to the 2nd rd once. They play a small forward at the pf spot and they still are a top defense. What does that tell you?

Well said. And what's even more pathetic is when people like True Beaner do that with an agenda.

Well, some player do give others fits. Yao beats Howrd big time, if they play same minutes every game, Yao might even have the better stats.

But in reality, even when Yao was healthy, he couldn't play the same minutes as Howard, and Howard impacts the game more because of those extra minutes. Not to mention Yao can't even play now. Lebron James wouldn't be the best player if he can only play 20 minutes.

I have no problem with Howard being the best center in NBA.

Sherlock, you are too keen to be duped. You got me, I am just a crazy old coot ok. Its amazing how you think I am the one who has an agenda. Its actually quite ironic. I have spent too much time, too many posts, too much bandwidth debating you guys. Hell if you scroll over to the other threads you'll see it.

Trying to make you see what is quite obvious is too unproductive. The reason I am not posting any links is because this is A GENERAL freaking opinion you moron, I come across it so many ****ing times its not even funny. You go to an all star thread and you see "Yao brings all of china and rox is gaining popularity bv having him," "If Yao no get max money he should leave because other owners would be happy to have billion people behind them."

And that is just from the span of two days. To rationalize your thought process is so frustrating that it is an insult to all thinking people reading all this crap and shaking their heads. What is even sadder is that you believe you are right. If you honestly believe I have the time, resources and will power to fabricate a cyber phenomena I have witnessed for quite some time you my friend are as ignorant as they come. Your bully-type posts are getting quite annoying, it would suite you stop as I do not wish to waste my time with you.

I keep hearing about this so called agenda of mine, mine telling me what it is? Or is it merely because I pointed out that people who are willing to keep Yao here at max money, not trade him for a good asset have Yao's interests/agendas at hand?

This rudimentary strategy carried out by your kind is quite annoying, flipping your own faults and projecting them on me.

Dude, it'd be easier if you keep a list and just name names instead of referring to YOH's, who could be anybody. Then people who think you're calling them YOH's when you're not won't have a fit.

Listen moron, goto a brooks thread next time, actually goto the "Existent" brooks threads and read through the bull**** and the reasoning behind it.

It all comes down to Yao's touches, Yao's shots, Yao's image... I don't know about you, but I care about the houston rockets, the team I grew up watching as a toddler and never missed a game of. To see people put a non-impact players ambitions above a team and fan base with a rich history is downright disgusting.

I am not calling anybody a YOH, I am calling out the YOFs. So far I've only actually named one poster out of the group. He is on my ignore list after reading his crap through the Brooks threads for quite some time.

Yes, bigmen who command attention make perimeter players better, I admitted that. You fail to realize that Hedo Turkoglu and Jameer Nelson are good perimeter players. What perimeter player besides TMac has Yao had who are as good as Turkoglu or Nelson?

Yao had a chance to make it to the finals this year, unfortunate events happened. I am sure you know this. Also, that Magic team were in a weaker conference, they were pretty well built and coached and Dwight stayed healthy.

Yao has had elite defensive teams with Mo Taylor and Juwan Howard at PF. Both are great anchors. Zero doubt about that. I fail to see how Dwight is so much better in this category.

    Lets just agree to disagree.

That's agenda right there. Put up a lot crap on Yao, but can't take criticism on AB.

I am one of the people excited to see AB (after his first full season) and Martin alongside Yao. If Yao can stay healthy, the defense improves, those two guys will get more open looks and this team can be deadly.

Which post? Why are you so afraid of being specific and point out one or a few specific posts? What are you trying to hide? Why are you so scared of being specific?

Anyone can claim that he has grown up watching the Rockets. You have lied times before so I take whatever you say with a grain of salt. Anyway, your agenda is as clear as water. Like I have said, you have been using what one or a few persons have said to make a whole group of people look bad, That's your purpose and your agenda to be here. A real Rocket fan comes here to support the team and exchange ideas and opinions with his fellow Rockets fans, whether you agree with them or not. Your purpose here is to stir up disputes and polarize the members here.

Oh by the way, using the dirty tactic of calling names won't make you sound more intelligent. As our debate goes on, everyone can see who is the real moron here. You will see him in your mirror.

As everyone should be, Yao/Brooks/Martin all make the rockets better. There is no denying that. Its just unfair to be knocking on a 20ppg PG starting one whole season and overlooking Yao's problems at the same time.

A weaker conference has nothing to do with it. Only the good teams make the playoffs and I wouldn't call beating the Cavaliers an easy task. There is no way we could've done it last year with Lebron playing his heart out.

You can argue the same thing for T-Mac. The guy had no supporting cast back in the Orlando days, or there is no one on the team besides Yao when it comes playoff time. But guess what, the guy is gone. All it matters is getting that ring, and Yao will never get us there, so I say trade him.
