Man I would be perfically fine with francis averagin 13 ppg if hes gettin 12 apg am i right?

Oh and I just wanted to add, that was pretty much the reason I started this thread. I think it's real cool seeing how Francis and Yao are really developing a great repoir on the court with each other. They are the corner-stones of the Rockets.

He really needs to keep the ball up high though. Knock down that number of TO's. Keep the ball around his head.

Yao has been getting a lot of turnovers....

too bad he's unable to just get the ball and put it in right away. He always has to bring the ball down.....and that's where three people are hacking at him and he gets called for traveling or loses the ball.....

PATIENCE.

He's already amazing.

Wow. That guy's come a long way. That contract doesn't look too bad and next year, Sacramento will wonder why he's making HALF of what Bibby will be making.

Jason Williams has a lot of talent. If someone on his team can keep him constantly calmed down, he might be one of the top five point guards in this league.

This is huge. The key to the Rockets' development into a real playoff team will be Yao's emergence as the team's leader.

The team leader isn't the guy who gets told he's the team leader. The team leader is the guy who does the telling.

And the drive begins...by the end, Montana was perfect; his only incompletion on the entire drive was when he threw one out of bounds to stop the clock, and this on a drive where the defense knew he had to throw...but the best part, the Joe Cool part that is the reason I am telling this story here, took place towards the end of the drive...

When they had gotten about 2/3 of the way down the field, and there was about a minute left, they came into the huddle...The 49ers players were finding it hard to maintain control given the pressure of the circumstances, and one, their very young left tackle Harris Barton, admitted to finding it difficult to catch his breath, literally was almost hyperventilating he admitted later, and couldn't focus on the play call...so there, in the middle of the huddle, in front of the till then largest television audience ever, in the final drive of the Super Bowl, with almost no time on the clock, Joe Montana turns to his young LT and says " Hey H ( Bartons; nickname)...look over there, isn't that John Candy? " Barton turns and looks to where Montana is pointing,and sure enough, there is John Candy eating popcorn...Barton says he was literally amazed..he says, like everyone else has always said about Montana, that he was so incredibly calm it was as if he were playing catch in the backyard...After the Candy thing Montana then said " Okay guys, let's win this thing..." and proceeded to calmly call the play...2 plays later he hits ( his 4th option on the play!!!) John Taylor in the endzone for the Super Bowl victory...That is leadership...and it's hardly of the firey type. I admire the Messiers, the Steve Youngs, the Magic Johnsons...the fiery leaders who drag there teammates to victory, screaming along the way..but given my druthers, I'll take the Montanas, the Gretzkys, the Birds...the guys who seem to unaffected by pressure that they carry their team to victory by making each and every player calm ebough to get there on his own two feet.
