why are you so negative when he is just trying to give us inside info. Yes he may not be 100 percent accurate about his stories, but I dont think you can claim that you are always 100 percent accurate. take it easy on him, and thank him for bringing some news, like you get thanked for
100% agreed. Just because sohu.com.cn or sina.com.cn or tom.com.cn doesn't report it doesn't mean nothing happened. A lot of us appreciate your insight, denniscd.
I thought the National Team was in the Vegas Summer League. I suppose it could be bedroom antics with his fiancee from the Women's National team. ;-)
I don't think I'm being negative, and I never claimed myself always 100% correct/accurate, did I? I just pointed out to him that there ain't any national team players around for the past week or so. And his information about Yao Ming sprained his ankle when playing with the national team was WRONG......as Yao Ming, all these while, has yet to report back to the national team, and has yet any serious contest basketball.
its pretty simple..thank the man, rather than going out of ur way to discredit him. as you can see he didnt take ur comments to kindly..
No offense pryuen, but doesn't this guy seem like one of those people who sits on the computer all day either playing video games or on random websites. Get a life, and be appreciative. Not trying to dog on you, but we are all Rockets fans, all one goal.
First of all, think how MacGreat made you feel, and how others came to your defence. Now you are almost like doing to denniscd what MacGread did to you.
this is inaccurate too I've not seen any report on this. just because her jersey number went to another player doesn't mean she quit the team. that happens all the time when they make changes to the roster.
maybe denniscd is right about Yao sprained his ankle, but it is definitely wrong to say this happened with his national teammates. there's no chance to happen in the past few days, and pryuen just points out the misleading parts
it can be done without the red letters and roll eyes. Plus the key info here is that his ankle is sprained. if denniscd is of about where it happened than so be it, but thats new i want to know, and im sure others do too.
Well....if posters think I'm wrong, then okay.....just let this be. Yao Ming has his ankle sprained by his national team team mates. So said denniscd. Thank you denniscd for your valueable insider information.
pryuen, just because he heard it before you doesn't mean its made up Are you some know it all? Would I offend you I knew something about Yao that you didn't know?
You're not necessarily wrong, but you don't need to jump on people you think aren't right. You're a bit abrasive when it comes to people you disagree with.
and it is a suspectable information,IMHO. just an analogy: A says that B went to see a film with C last night. But there is definitely enough infomation says C was at some other place. Do you believe that B went to see a film last night? yes, A do some valuable work to get this info, but it is unbelievable.
just cuz it's not in print/on the web doesnt mean it didnt happen, but im pretty sure thats already been said.... denniscd, any news on sf3??? im dying for some francis news
When did I say he made it up? and I don't think I abrasively jumped on him. I've just pointed out the FACT that Yao Ming had not reported back to the national team, had not had any serious contest basketball yet, and evey national team players were playing outside of China in the past week or so. And therefore there must be something wrong in his opening thread information.....He could have a wrong source, or someone provided him or the Rockets management wrong information. Even if denniscd is a Rockets employee, someone with insider information, this premise of Yao Ming spraining his ankle by his national team is WRONG. If posters here chose to so easily believe rumours or false premises without critical thinking, i.e. carefully assessing data/information, categorizing and evaluating the genuiness of the data/information, analyse with logical reasoning, synthesize, make judgement and come to conclusion, then yeah.....Yao Ming had sprained his ankle by his national team mates, so said denniscd, a resourceful Rockets insider. OKAY?? Satisfied??
