I sure am glad we did not get stuck with Andy for a two year contract. Man that would have been a huge spending mistake!

    Poll?

Astros aren't winning this year, and the Cubs/Braves aren't there for me to hate.

i mean that people hate the yankees because they win all the time. they pretend there are other reasons, but the truth of the matter is that everyone is jealous.

I called A Rod doing great through the playoffs, and he is.

I call the Yankees in 5 or 6!

A Rod got robbed from the ALCS MVP, but will not with the World Series MVP.

you werent going out on a limb there. Even if he has been bad in the postseason, you could say this every year just on the fact that last year is last year, and A-Rod is a great player.

Goes deeper then that. We hate the Knicks too -- and they never win.

    Go Phillies!

Well being a diehard Red Sox fan, you know who I am pulling for. That being said I still see the Yankees winning the series but it going 7 games. I think the Phillies throwing Hamels and Lee (2 lefties) will really help them extend this series to 7 and even win it. They were the only NL team that I thought had a realistic chance of beating NYY due to them having 2 above average left-handed starters.

they are also a power-hitting team. that will be a big factor.

I would say Kaz is an above average 2B. Not worth the $$ he makes but really, what baseball player is? Maybe Pitchers since throwing is an unnatural motion.
