Be careful. I accidentally got drunk without intending to last night. I ordered some mussels & fries delivery and it ended up being very good, so I downed a big bottle of Chimay Rouge and then a small Westmalle Dubbel as a desert in order to keep in the spirit of belgian food . Then I decided that I should finish off the last drink & halfs worth of Hendricks gin I had in the bottle while watching curb your enthusiasm. It was hilarious and I was having a good time. Then I decided that I needed to try to work on the bottle of Glenmorangie scotch I've had up there for 18 months since I have an unopned bottle of Balmoral also up there taking up space. I do not like Scotch per se, but I have an obsession with purchasing it at the Heathrow duty free store (weird) and I always do. Then I decided to switch back to gin and opened up the bombay sapphire. Then I decided to throw the contents of the glass out the window as I was going to be too plastered and I get up at 7 am. Then I got up in the morning and felt surprisingly hung over and dragged the rest of the day. Life is not easy when alcohol tastes so good.
Shoulda stopped at the Westmalle. And now you've made me hungry for Cafe Montrose! Luckily it's one of my GFs favorite restaurants...
Hendricks is a bit too busy for my taste. But I do like the Sapphire. Although it's dangerous, I tend to go to that place where the haze sets in. I stick with the bombay proper. So to answer the question. This evening Bombay dry straight up. But will probably switch over to a Becks.
