Clutch created a watch party that was interactive (chatroom). I'm talking about the people that just stream themselves watching a game. Maybe with a friend or two but sometimes just by themselves. I was just curious because I frequently see clips of the Yankees fan streams but not so much other teams. Maybe they just aren't as popular.
Here's the guy from the original video. To be fair to this guy he does say the Yankees didn't deserve to win and is pretty bitter about the team. . He doesn't blame the things like the wind. Pretty incredible to see how many Stros fans are in the stadium too at the end.
Hey the Astros have shown sometimes it's better to just let that rich-player-sob-wannabe walk than pay him. Those 62 homeruns did nothing for the Yankees when it counted. It wasn't even enough to win the AL top spot. Why would you pay him? He hasn't really shown he deserves the money because he can't hit well in the post-season when it really matters.
Didn't Judge hit an HR in game 5 against Cleveland? Judge looked awful this ALCS but a lot of that has to do with our pitching is so good and of course the wind .. That said I still think it would a bad move for them to let Judge walk. Even great hitters go through cold streaks, look at Altuve. The Yankees might not have even made it to the post season without Judge carrying them the second half of the season.
This is from a Red Sox fans but I started watching his videos during last year's ALCS and they are pretty entertaining. Check out his reaction to Pena's Home Run and keep watching until the end.
Toxic Yankee fans. I admit I'm enjoying the schadenfreude of seeing the fanbase and team turn on each other. Especially towards Gerritt Cole. He wanted all that money and fame well here it is. This also might explain why the Yankees cracked at home this past weekend.
NOTHING makes me happier than to see suffering New York fans. They deserve it. Every team, every sport.
