I guess what really burn my side is how can a team, fresh off a injury plagued season and lotto bound, and a season removed from playoff exit, all of a sudden be in win now mode? I mean the spurs has been building and winning for 11 yrs now, yet I bet if they get a lotto pick, they're not giving it away. I can revert back to 92 rox when in 91 after the hakeem fiasco, they started winning, but wound up in the lotto and stayed and took the lotto pick. Now they had a good group that should have made the playoffs, but ddnt, plus they had the best center in basketball. Even though they had a late lotto pick, they chose Horry. The chance the rox got to choose a lotto pick is as rare is you'll ever see. U don't get the chance to win 50 games , then win the lotto. Its like when thomas henderson had a number one seller, then won a lotto for 28m. Its doesn happen often and they rox settled for a player whose ceiling and floor was together with glue.
