You never know until you give a guy a chance to get more regular playing time.

 

Don't get me wrong - I am happy as can be that his is hitting well this year, but he has had numerous seasons where he has played much more than he has this year, and he has never performed this well before. I just accept it as a gift, and root some more for him

 

I dont remember him playing much at all. He's always been a backup catcher. Not many AB's at all.
