    yeah, for the price the paid for that piece of land they have no choice but to go tall.... add that to the 60 or so story ritz carlton (and the rest of BLVD Place), the w, mainplace, regent square, west ave., the titan, and the slew of new construction going on in the med. center.... the houston landscape will be quite different in 5 years.

    The area around Baltimore may be nice....but the city itself (and that consists of more than just the inner harbor) sucks big time.

    I also thought Baltimore sucked when I was there, but some Baltimorian probably thinks Houston sucks. Difference is, he'd be wrong. :cool:

    It's exciting to see so many people moving back inside the loop. It kinda sucks to see the old-school culture of places like Montrose and the Third Ward start to wither away, but it's going to be exciting to see how Houston reshapes. One thing's for sure, we're all gonna be speaking a lot more Spanish! :p
