I really liked Von...he was definitely a spark off the bench. He is not a starter on a champ. type team. And there are reasons why other teams didn't just throw money at him. 1) He is sporatic 2) His defense is suspect 3) His basketball IQ is even more suspect 4) His temper is a problem All of these things add up to a ticking time bomb. And not really knowing what you are going to get on a night in night out basis. With all that being said...Von will be missed this coming season. Lotto-ville here we come.
At least Wafer isn't bitter and he wishes Yao and T-Mac well. He also seemed ok in interviews etc, it's just his on court demeanor could sometimes be bad.
Good first post -- welcome to CF! But don't get your hopes up getting into the lottery. Adelman teams historically have a *terrible* record when it comes to NOT making the playoffs.
