Arenas is way too high. If you're going to knock Chris Paul off the 2nd spot because of a lack of postseason success, you would double that for Arenas' teams. Really Paul should be 2nd and Arenas 8th or so. Other than that, pretty accurate. I'd bump Deron up a couple spots.

    My opinion:
    Miller too high.
    Williams too low.
    Bibby should be there.
Arenas is not a full-time PG.

Even if you draw the cutoff line starting from the 2000-2001 season, Francis 4 ever's point still holds, although Payton would probably go from top 5 to the 5-10 range. People forget that CP3 and DWill both played only FOUR years. While Payton had three all-star level seasons and one solid starting year.

I think Stockton has a much lesser argument though. Although I'd personally put him #10 if you really extend the timeline back exactly one decade.

The list of those 10 players is probably right, but the order could be argued. I for one will always think Steve Nash is one of the most overrated players in NBA history. You should never be considered for an MVP is you are the absolute worst defender in the NBA.

I would put Nash in front of Kidd, I don't like Kidd's offensive skills. Also Parker was way too high on the list, he's an above average point guard who played on a deep and talented team.

Did you see his original list, there's only one player on it you can even argue for, and that's GP, the others were Francis, Marbury and Stockton. Stockton being the only great pg out of that group and his last all star game was in 2000. Just that list spans 2 decades, franchise and starbury are form this decade, and I guess you could say the glove had good years in this and the last, but Stockton was definitely 80's and 90's. So if we can't even get the years we're talking about right, then how can we argue this point?

I would rank Tony Parker over Billups. Parker made decisive contributions to the great Spurs teams of this decade.

Billups would have to be like a hair behind Parker, because he to took the Pistons to eastern conference finals from 02-08 plus a NBA tittle, that's a pretty nice span.

I'm not sure what's your point. I only argued that GP belongs on the list regardless of the cutoff date. And that only Stockton is affected by the true intention of KD(whether he means past decade or this decade). I didn't even mention SF or Starbury.

    Gilbert a tad bit high.

Also swap Kidd with Nash. To be fair Kidd is a damn good PG with a bigger arsenal of skills than Nash, but Nash is about winning, and winning he delivers. Unfortunately for him he was screwed over by both the league and his own management.

Its still just a writer's opinion list, but seeing that Dwyer put David Robinson on his top 10 centers list, Gary Payton has to slide in on this one.

But Francis 4 ever is still annoying

    This.

Replace Nash with any of the other point guards and the Suns at least sniff the Finals. Truth.
