No love for SF3? And Gary Payton cant even get in to the top 10? One of the best PG ever cant get on the top 10 list of the decade?

Andre Miller and Baron Davis can be omitted out of this list for the above 2.

Sorry, but Marbury and Francis do not belong on this list. Marbury is a ballhog and cancer. Every team he was on got better after he left. Francis just did not win enough and did not have enough truly great years.

Stockton and Payton are top three for the 1990's list for sure, but you have to give other guys a chance for the 00's list.

Replace Payton with Arenas and we have a good list. Arenas is really a two guard, c'mon.

I'll take a prime SF3 over Gilbert Arenas...

Stockton and Payton were last decade. Steevie and Marbury had no playoff

success. The list is pretty sound, but you could make an argument for Bibby

for sure, maybe switch him out for Cassel, seeing as most of his success was

    last decade as well.

Marbury is a little better than Baron Davis, Francis is a little worse. All the same shoot first type of PG. BD is on the list.

Deron Williams and Mike Bibby have NEVER been All Stars, who'da thought.

Sam Cassell over Andre Miller. I bet Sam on those same Andre Miller teams would get around 3-4 more wins out of them.

People will say Francis was too turnover prone, but so is Arenas (and Dwyane Wade). Some players are considered sloppy turnover prone, some are "playmakers". But I wouldnt put prime Francis over prime Arenas.

I'd put Chris Paul ahead of Arenas. "The best first 300 games of any point guard in NBA history" should count for something.

Baron Davis, when he's right, is an elite defender at his position. He's gotten his teams out of the first round of the playoffs a number of times. He was phenomenal in that series against Dallas.

I think Marbury and Francis have put up comparable numbers, but considering all of them at their peak in this past decade I'd rather have Baron Davis.

John Stockton - playing career 1884- 2003 his last all star appearance was in 2000. done.

Gary Payton - playing career 1990- 2007 He was selected All-NBA First-Team in 1998 and 2000, All-NBA Second Team in 1995, 1996, 1997, 1999, and 2002. All of his accolades also came in the 90's besides the one in 02', his last all star appearance was in 2003. He won a tittle as a BACK UP.

Do you know what a decade is, bro? It's the past TEN years, either of those guys were elite pg's in the NBA, in the past TEN years.

Read my reply on the first page, if hopefully reading is your strong suit because counting obviously is not.

Apparently typography isn't my strong suit from that post, but you are clearly in the wrong here. If you want to bring up stockton and all star appearances, his one allstar appearance in 2000 puts him at one more than some on this list. The rest is addressed in my previous post. I think it's close to impossible to say GP's five years in this decade weren't top 10. Just because they were at the beginning and not the end(like CP3 and Deron) doesn't discredit them, if anything it gives them more merit before the small man friendly hand check rules.

All you did is use the same stats i did to disprove your point. Last decade is 90-2000 this decade is 2000-2010, we are still in this decade so when I say last I'm talking about the 90's, get it?

You can argue for GP, but while he's probably top 3 in the 90's, he doesn't make my list for this decade and i don't think Stockton really makes an argument, while he defiantly does all-time, not this decade.

    last decade is 99-09.

If you don't they they make the list you are just plain mad dumb, son. Make a poll comparing the five years of GP in this decade vs 7/10 people on that list and if he doesn't win will never step foot on this site again.

I think the list is part 2K Decade/part last 10 years. Payton and Stockton are well represented for the 90's. Stockton already has 90's AND 80's. Itd be like putting Jordan in a 2K list. Kinda hard to remove Andre Miller's 10 years of workman-like consistency, but I wouldnt argue too much with Gary Payton being on the list.

Chris Paul and Deron Williams will sandwich the 2K and next decade. And yeah this isnt an official NBA released list or anything :)
