Jordan can destroy most NBA players in a halfcourt setting right now...

Russell does not have a chance...

that didn't end very well for clyde. see portland vs chicago nba finals.

maxwell vs jordan.. see those youtube videos

also, maxwell vs drexler was pretty good too

say what you want about mad max, he stepped it up on D against the elite SGs.
having Dream covering the middle also helps. ;)

Even 200000 years from now? A-MA-ZING

In all seriousness Jordan was great and all, but he is made of flesh and bone, a man just like you and me. To make statements that a 40+ year old who hasn't been playing ball for over 20 years can beat most NBA players right now is a joke. He'd probably be winded and puking after 20 minutes of action.

NBA and Jordan will never ever do a stunt like that because Jordan has achieved mythic status. If Jordan ends up laying an egg the damage to his legend will be too great to risk at a stunt like that.

Russell is 38 years old still playing for the Los Angles Breakers. He has been playing semi-pro since no team would sign him in 2006. Jordan is 46 lets remember what Jordan did when he was Russell's age.

Jordan dropped 43 when he was 40  Russell can't make a squad.

The NBA is not a half court game, its actually full court the entire game.

Funny Russel. Let it go. You got your chance before and blew it...big time. If I'm correct, weren't they teammates in Lizards, I mean Wizards? Just thank the best player of all time for having been mentioned and for the opportunity to have played against him. It would be nice to share your basketball skills by holding camps or share your blessings by putting up charitable institutions. For the last time Russel, let it go.
