I think its pretty clear the rockets don't want him back. Getting out of the first round pretty much sealed his fate. He might be put out on the court in hopes to increase his trade value. Ask yourself this; If the Rockets have no intentions on re-upping The Crippled One, why would they put him in the current rotation with guys they want to keep, and risk screwing up the cohesiveness of the current team on the floor?
To be fair, if you really want McGrady gone, you should hop on the bandwagon instead. The opposite tends to happen when you look into your jinxed crystal ball. I'm willing to bet that if you are still not on the McGrady Wagon within the next couple of months, McGrady will play a game for the rockets.
