[Yahoo! Sports] LeBron fined $25,000 for kicking water bottle

I think there will come a day where the NBA will start fining for tattoos and outrageous haircuts to "clean up" the game. Watch. As long as Stern is leading this whole shindig, we're going to pay for it...

 

wow he kicked it hard, sombody could have lost it if it hit their child, would look like a piston pacer thing in 04. that bottle was so NOT cheap wow!

This has to be fined. You can't let the players interfere with fans (besides diving for loose balls) and you can't let the fans interfere with players.

 

I might have thrown that back at him if it had smacked me... then been arrested on national tv.

 

Fines are getting out of hand.

 

He is so used to get call in favor, so when this (not even a foul, a travel by him) happened, he was so mad, but you have to control better your frustation.

 

Reason for Carl's fine: obstructing the view of some corporate sharks who don't even watch the game to cheer on his teammates

Reason for LeBron's fine: nearly hitting some fans with a bottle because, for once, he didn't get a call
