    You have to be mentally prepared for this as a Rockets fan, but it is really disappointing. I am not ready for Yao to retire, but the Rockets just cannot depend on him anymore.

    Everyone says trade McGrady because he is always injured. Now its time to think about trading Yao. The foot is always going to be a problem. He never rest in his nba career until now. What is going to happen next year when he has to play for the chinese national team. unbelievable. Lets get rid of Yao the injury prone star and start over. Enough is enough with every year having to deal with a huge lost to a player. Rebuild time.

    At this point all this is is still speculation. I will wait till the Rockets come out and say something before I believe it.

    If it is true, however, Yao is probably done as a basketball player and it will be time for the Rockets to rebuild. I'm still not convinced that Rubio is the way to go, but it would be a good start. This would also mean let Artest leave and trade Battier, etc.

    I hope that this is not true because rebuilding is not fun at all. Ask Sacramento.
