Lee had 16 pts on 7 of 10 shooting in 18 minutes.

Chicago took a loss to the Raptors, Bogans had 3pts in 15 minutes and got torched on defense..

..smh @Bull's front office not trading Asik with us yet

They'll fold when the 11th hour hits, and surrender Asik to Dork Elvis.

Lee & Miller for Asik, Bogans, & future 1st? Hmmm...

We get out of Miller's contract. We get a young 7-footer. Opens up minutes for Williams.

I like it because you get a promising young center and get rid of Miller's contract. Bogan's contract is not guaranteed for next season so it's essentially an expiring deal. I would LOVE it if they throw in a pick but again they are taking Miller off your hands which would be almost 5 million in savings for next season.

Its going to come down to the final hour and then will see which side craters. You can bet Morey is asking for the moon cuz he knows Chicago needs Lee as they are contending in the east.

Anybody know how Asik is as a player and his potential? I haven't heard much about this guy until the rumors started floating up about a Lee for Asik trade and I'm just wondering how most of yall would feel about giving up Lee for a player like Asik

At this point, going off of how well lee has played i value him higher than Asik. Asik is just ok and if we are going to trade for a seven footer i would go after one with much higher upside than Asik. Looking at his highlights ( so i'm no expert ) he is more of a hustler than an acutal potential star.

I trust our front office to value Asik appropriately

Why are we even thinking about trading Lee again? The guy is a baller. I don't know where you'll find the 7 foot center you think you have to have...all I know is that Asik is not worth Lee

I know we need a C with size something awful, but CLee is a 2 with high potential. Let's hope there's another way to get a C.

My way of getting a 7 fter would be to trade brooks to SAC for whitside and a protected pick.... i think he is worth at least that much. I have a detailed plan in the random trade thread that has a few more moves

WOW...good find. I'd miss Battier but i'd do it, also signal the rebuilding process has begun.

I would rather keep Lee and go after a free agent center like Deandre Jordan, Perkins, Fesenko, etc...

Yeah, but I don't think Miller's contract is a negative value. In fact, I think Chicago values Miller pretty highly. The Miller/Lee combination actually makes a lot of sense considering they're mostly worried about their lack of big men if they trade Asik.

That said, I still want the draft pick included or no deal.

That would suck for Battier, though. The guy deserves a true shot at a ring
