Hey I have a real competitive league going except for one owner who I have tried emailing, etc but he has never responded, to trades, and stopped updating his team messing up the matches and competition in our league. I am the commissioner, is there anyway I can replace him as an owner or get someone in as a comanager who actually does it

Without getting his login info, there's little you can do. As commissioner, you can make moves for him...but then you'd be playing his team.

Typically when an owner bails and I am unable to find a replacement, I'll only update the lineup every week to at least keep the matchups competitive. As far as trades, as the commish all you can do is let the other owners know that the team will not be doing any trades for the rest of the season. It's the only fair thing to do.
