    No one is denying that Martin is a monster, but I just don't seen him coming to Houston. Not happening.

    Shouldn't the NY times be telling us how Melo will really end up at the Knicks for nothing? that's pretty much what all the NY press has been saying is guaranteed for a month now :p

    It depends on how much you value Favors. The Nets can offer expirings as well, and a #1 pick. Would a package of Martin, Budinger and Hill be enough to move into the top 3 of a NBA draft? I doubt it.

    Yeah, there was rumors that Philly was practically giving away the #2 pick if a team took Brand off their books as well, but I think they balked at it at the last minute because of the Iggy issues.

    We could absorb some of their bad contracts like JR Smith or Chris Anderson as well.

    Do the Nets have a TPE? If so, is it larger than the Rockets?

    Well yeah if you wanna take on massive bad contracts like Brands and kill your future cap space then it would be enough. Morey doesn't seem to be that kind of guy.
